Deliveries will be made within a period of 24/48 hours, working days, depending on the time the order is made, throughout the national territory. The shipping fee is €4.99. For orders over €50 shipping is free.

*** We do NOT ship to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla!

The maximum term for returns is 15 days. Returns will be made using a voucher of the same amount.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards.
* Some health and personal care items and jewelry.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@avore.shop and send your item to: Carretera Matilla, 4, Tordesillas, VA, 47100, Spain.
